It was just another day in the life of me,

working at a spa doing spa things (laundry at that moment),
when my boss Elizabeth {who is a part-human, part-Mayan goddess and walking vortex}

suddenly interrupted herself and what she was talking about (feng shui), to say to me:

"You are surrounded by faeries." 

"What?" I asked in surprise. I had never heard anything like that before.
I didn't see anything around me except the decor of the massage room we were standing in .

"I'm surrounded by faeries? What does that mean?"

"Oh yeah," she continued .  "They are all around you.  You are definitely a faerie."

That was the beginning of what would be a wild and crazy, never-ending discovery of the many existing realms beyond the bounds of what we see and what traditional physics tells us is reality.  As time unfolded, I continued to peel back layers and layers of awareness, learning more and more about the earth guardians known throughout history simply as "the fae".  People began noticing what could not remain hidden, pointing out not only the strong connection I had with the fae kingdom but also my embodiment as a real and true faerie myself.
